As an Accountant within Practice, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial support to clients, including preparing and analysing financial statements, assisting with tax planning and compliance, and offering valuable financial advice. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Ongoing Training and DevelopmentResponsibilities Include:
Preparing and examining financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assisting with tax planning and compliance, ensuring clients meet all regulatory requirements
Providing ongoing financial analysis to support business decisions
Offering sound financial advice and guidance to clients
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted adviser
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
Utilising accounting software, including Xero and Iris, to streamline financial processesSkills and Experience:
Previous experience within Accountancy, preferably in an Accountancy Practice setting
Proficiency in using accounting software such as Xero and Iris
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
