Overview:

We’re looking for an Administrator to join the Dividends team in our stunning City Centre office in Leeds. As part of this team, you will focus on ensuring all dividends, interest payments and other departmental work is carried out at a high quality standard with an excellent service to our clients.

Day to Day responsibilities:

Responding to customer queries and complaints
Creating and issuing tax vouchers
Processing dividend events
Attention to detail
Accuracy
Time Management
Investigating discrepancies
Interdepartmental communication
Working with other areas to achieve common goals
Maintaining company databases and information
Ensuring everything is updated and accurate at all times   
Making payments/reissuing historic payments
Liaising with customers and clients to ensure that account details are up to date
