As a Purchasing Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
Purchase order processing for bought in finished goods, consumables, raw materials and ad hoc business purchases.
Track, review and maintain supplier deliveries.
Work with the manufacturing team to expedite customer orders and ensure parts are delivered on time.
Stock monitoring for repeat/stocked items.
Maintain Supplier list
To be successful in this role of Purchasing Administrator you will ideally have experience of:
Microsoft Office - including Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems
Managing high volume of purchase orders and supplier deliveries
Despatching & customs document knowledge
