Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre based environment dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of queries.
You will be working closely with customers over the telephone, email and webchat ensuring service level agreements are exceeded and the best level of client care is provided!
