Permanent Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Permanent Physical Therapist. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations
Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patients' goals
Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities
Use specialized equipment and modalities to assist in the rehabilitation process
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education
Requirements
Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure as a Physical Therapist
Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
