Lead and Support the Food & Beverage operations team ensuring all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.  
Lead and support the Food & Beverage outlets in achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.
