RN Unit Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team. As an RN Unit Manager at NCG Associates, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of nurses, ensuring their professional development and growth
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including patient care assignments
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
Handle any patient or staff concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner
Participate in budget planning and control expenses within the unit
Regularly assess the needs of the nursing unit and implement strategies to optimize patient care
Requirements
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Must have six month of RN unit manager experience
Prior experience in a leadership or management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Pay Rate: $1,720@40hrs weekly
Overtime: Would be discussed during interview
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Length of assignments: 11 weeks
Guarantee Hours: 40hrs
Time Scheduled: 03:00pm -11:30pm
License Required:  RN Compact License
Requirements: EOW and must have 6 month of unit manager experience
Certificate Required: BLS (AHA)
