The Sales professional handles sales and operations activities for LCDs and OLEDs, maintaining daily communication with the customer and HQ regarding operations issues and program management. This job covers all sales support activities including sales operation and planning. This job requires regular communication with the customer and LG Display HQ regarding daily operations.
Daily check order status, shipments, inventory, billing, logistics, backlog, forecast, and communicate with HQ on any pending issue of production delay and inform the customers.
Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Forecast customer status weekly and manage demand plan
Manage PSI(production, sales, inventory) of customers
Manage multi accounts
Manage long term stock(sales or ship back) and establish AR risk sales plan
Market trends research
Obtain tracking report and proof of delivery (knowledge of delivery terms is a plus)
Maintain accurate records of sales history in various forms
Perform sales administration duties accurately and on time
Report the daily/weekly/monthly sales recap to the management
Update shipping report/receipt logs daily/weekly for all models and monitor customer’s updates
Manage and ensure month-end closing procedures in order to reach the sales goal Communicate with headquarters to fulfill customer’s requests and provide solution
Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
Arrange meetings, conference rooms, and logistics support
Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Expected base salary range: $57,000 ~ $150,000 (the salary offered will depend on several factors, including your years of experience, level, education, training, and comparison to other employees already in this role)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Sales operation experience preferred (all levels are welcome)
Authorized to work for any U.S. employer (this position does not offer visa sponsorship)
Bilingual in English and Korean
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Travel required: 10%
