Housing Manager (Temp: North London)

A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a specialist Housing Manager to join one of Adecco's most improved public sector housing clients in a full time (35 hours per week), temporary contract. This role is initially for up to 3 months until the client recruits permanently for the post.

All applicants must possess previous experience of:

* Managing up to 7 staff (preferably Housing/asb/neighbourhood officers) in the public sector
* Leading, motivating and managing the neighbourhood teams to deliver excellent tenancy management and estate inspection services for residents.
* Managing performance targets, producing statistics and analysing team performance and external trends to continuously improve service delivery.
* Developing the Estate Inspection team to enable it to fulfil its task of improving the estate environment.
* Co-ordinating team meetings and delegating work related tasks to the tenancy management team.
* Resolving complex anti-social behaviour, leasehold and rent arrears cases.

This is a hybrid working role so you will only need to be in their North London office 2-3 days a week. The client is looking for a member of staff who has experience in developing a professional customer-focused service which meets the needs of residents and responds promptly to enquiries and complaints. Being a car driver and owner is not essential, but extensive housing management experience and somebody who can hit the ground running is.
