We are recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker to work 2 x 10 hour night shifts per week (10pm - 8am) supporting individuals living in our residential settings in Southbourne and New Milton.

We can only consider applications from female candidates due to the needs of these specific individuals, You must have at least one year of experience with challenging behaviours or supporting people on a 2:1 basis.

You must have a full UK License and have access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position.

​Aspire in Southbourne supports our seven residents going through the transition in life from living at home to living independently in one way or another.

Penny Farthing is our Victorian-style residential home based in New Milton, just on the edge of the New Forest. It is home to four incredible people, three males and one female, with varying support needs.

You will be joining a close-knit team to support our residents through the night and complete tasks relating to care plans and preparation for the following day. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a support role with experience in autism and/or learning disabilities.
