Electrical Assembler

We’re hiring for an Electrical Assembler to join a leading electronics manufacturer based in Bredbury, Stockport. You’ll be joining a large production area working alongside a team of assemblers and you’ll need to be capable of completing the assembly and sub-assembly of electrical components to a high standard.
What’s on offer?
* £11.50 per hour (first 4-weeks while training - rising to £12.00)
* Overtime paying £15.00 per hour
* Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:45 pm / Friday 2:00 pm finish
* 30 days holiday
* Free onsite parking
What will you be doing as an Electrical Assembler?
* Working as part of an assembly team to manufacture electrical devices
* Working with small and large components ensuring all parts are connected and working correctly and have no faults
* Testing & collaborating products using a range of bespoke processes; PC based, mechanical & manual operated equipment
What do you need?
* Previous experience working in production
* GCSE grade C or above in Maths & English
* Good organisational skills, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
What’s nice to have?
* Previous experience within electrical assembler
* NVQ Level 3 or higher
