Smart Teachers are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our trainee teaching assistant programme. This programme is for people wanting to start a career in education with no previous experience needed.
About the role
The programme is comprised of a paid placement in a school and online training.
You will be assigned a consultant to support you through the training and to answer any questions you might have.
Successful completion of the programme is likely to lead to long term employment
Once completed you will be qualified as a teaching assistant and will be able to work in primary schools in Chelsea and surrounding areas

Schools have good transport links and many schools have parking available
Schools may provide additional training for successful candidates
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant - Chelsea you will:
Have an enhanced child workforce DBS or willing to obtain one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
No experience in schools needed
Be able to provide 2 employer references
