Administrators/Customer Service Advisors required to work with Middlesbrough based council.

Location: Middlesbrough TS8 3AL

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4/5 months temp contract

Pay: £13.50 p/h, paid weekly

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Job role:

You will be tasked in providing basic administrative duties and offering customer support via the telephone and face to face for housing issues.

Requirements:

Housing experience is not essential for this role as training will be given, but telephone experience is essential. Ideally a background in administration or customer service.
