Role: HR Administrator

Initial temp contract: approx 4 weeks (but could lead to perm)

Location: TVTE (Gateshead) Office based

Hours: Mon- Thurs (8am-5pm) Fri (8am-12.30pm)

My client has an immediate need for an experienced HR Administrator to join the Team to support initially on temp basis for approximately 4 weeks to support with the transition of data/information onto new HR platform. The role has scope to evolve into a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the HR Advisor & Team with day to day administration tasks

* Upload/ updating HR documentation onto new system accurately

* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

* Supporting with recruitment activity & on-boarding checks as required

Key skills & experience required:

* Previous administration experience essential

* Confident IT skills both written and verbal

* Effective communication skills

* Ability to plan & organise workload to meet deadlines

* Enjoy working as part of a fast paced Team

* High level of accuracy & attention to detail

* Ability to input high volumes data to deadlines

* Flexible & adaptable approach
