Your role day to day would consist of general queries regarding orders placed, stock levels, courier queries, placing of new orders, creating quotes to send across, and product based questions.

Your focus will be to look after our customers, whilst also upselling if you spot any opportunities. Therefore confidence is key! We want pro-active professionals who are not afraid to answer the phone.
