What You'll Need:

Manufacturing Know-How: Solid experience in a manufacturing setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of production processes.
Project Management Experience: Proven ability to execute projects seamlessly, from planning to completion.
Problem-Solving Mindset: An analytical approach to tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
APM, Prince 2 or Similar: Project management certifications will be highly valued.
