They are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their dedicated team and take over an extremely profitable and worked area. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth .

Key Responsibilities:

* Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities in various industries.

* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

* Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to secure new business.

* Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

* Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Essential Criteria:

2-3 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing, labelling or packaging machinery industry. Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
