Your new company are a highly entrepreneurial PE-backed manufacturing business based in Oldham.
Your new role
In your new role as Finance Business Partner you will report directly to the Group Finance Director and have the sole responsibility for the day to day accounting responsibilities for the US business. You will produce the monthly management accountants and offering insightful commentary and analysis to highlight potential issues and improvements. You will assist with the annual budget and forecasting process. You will build and maintain financial models and reports to improve the consistence of financial planning. You will run the US payroll and ensure this is completed accurately and on time. You will assist the Finance Director and FP&A with audit queries during the year-end process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with extensive industry experience, ideally working within the manufacturing sector. You'll have exceptional business partnering skills along with management accounts and excel skills. You'll have experience or the ability to business partner with colleagues outside of the UK. You will be confident in presenting to the board and not phased by the demands of an ambitious yet demanding PE house. You will be happy to be flexible on your working hours to accommodate the US time difference. You will be happy to work 5 days a week on-site.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits. You will report to a highly ambitious Finance Director who is passionate about up skilling those around him. You will drive the US entity of a PE Backed Manufacturing business which is experiencing a massive amount of growth.
