Position: Account Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £40k (negotiable depending on experience)

The Role:
* My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing Accounts Team
* Your main responsibility will be leading day-to-day client relationship management, which includes effective communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Additionally, you will oversee delivering a continuous succession of packaging projects to meet the client's requirements and expectations.
* As an Account Manager, you will establish and maintain relationships with client contacts, building an understanding of the Company's and the client's industry, business, and products.
* Involved in the creation and implementation of the account strategy to support and deliver business growth and profitability.
* Develop a strong working relationship with the client.
* Ensure that the delivery is maintained once new business has been identified.
* Key client contact, on and off-site, client meetings and presentations
* Development and growth of the services provided by the supplier are essential to building relationships with clients.
* Producing work documentation on time for the right first production.
* Ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
* Measurement of performance levels and conducting reviews
* Provide budget and forecast information.
* Ensuring invoicing data is correct to allow timely payment.
* Involvement in print feasibility, artwork, and reprographics
* Evaluating colour control with the supply chain
* Coordinating print feasibility on behalf of the supply chain
Requirements:
* Confident in the Design, Artwork, and repro process
* Experience in the packaging sector (including colour separation).
* High level of print knowledge with the ability to communicate this to clients.
* Understanding of colour management - Knowledge and comprehension of the demands and necessities of a supply chain.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
* Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented open-plan environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills
