The Role - you are supporting with general cover as a Graduate Cover Supervisor; You are responsible for carrying out pre-prepared and pre-planned exercises. This is a great introduction to class teaching.
What does it involve? – The Cover Supervisor role involves supervising pupils and ensuring they are engaged in the classwork. You will help pupils to become more independent in their learning and encouraging pupils to interact.
The Offer - It is an excellent opportunity for anyone who does not hold a teaching qualification but would welcome the opportunity to work in a classroom. You receive support, mentoring and coaching along your Cover Supervisor journey.
