A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a well-renowned accountancy.

The firm is looking for a Senior HR Administrator to assist with generalist HR duties. Duties include providing assistance throughout the employee lifecycle, among many other admin HR duties.

This role will report into the HR Manager

This is based in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the full employee lifecycle
Drafting employment contracts to ensure these are correct and consistent.
First line of HR queries from employees at all levels
Assist/manage on junior employee relations queries
Be part of the recruitment team when it comes to junior candidates coming into the business
To ensure that all advice is recorded accurately against the appropriate cases and all other client and call information is correctly captured on the database.
Attend departmental or office team meetings if needed.
Always maintain a professional and responsible attitude.
Work as part of a busy team.
Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team

Job Requirements:

Proven experience of being part of the full employee life-cycle
Experience with low level employee relations queries
Knowledge of recruiting new employees
The ability to work on numerous tasks at once
Ability to collaborate with members of the business at all levels, reflecting interpersonal skills.
