Property Solicitor

Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Duties:

Previous experience of property transactions involving commercial and residential freehold and leasehold property.
Good technical knowledge of property law.
Strong commercial acumen.
A practical and proactive approach to solving problems.
An ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
Excellent communication and client care.

Experience required:

2 years' PQE
Experience of acting for lenders would be ideal
Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
