Join our team gap healthcare and provide essential care and support across local Supported Living and Respite Services.
Duties include but not limited to:
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care and household tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being and independence
Administer medication and monitor health as per care plans
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations and any incidents
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical Disabilities (Minimum of 1 year)
Compassionate and empathetic
Strong communication skills
