Compliance and Building Safety Manager

We are actively looking for a Compliance and Building Safety Manager to join a local authority in the Suffolk area on a permanent basis. As the Compliance and Building Safety Manager, you will be:

Supporting the compliance team to monitor the statutory compliance for the domestic properties and make sure standards are met
Supervise and guide a team of surveying and technical officers to achieve high levels of compliance
Oversee the repairs, improvements and planned maintenance programme
Preparing building safety and compliance reports
Experience and Qualifications:

Extensive experience working with the big 6 of compliance / building safety
Social housing / local authority experience
Experience leading compliance or building safety team
Building services related degree or equivalent professional building services related qualification
As the Compliance and Building Safety Manager, you will receive:

£44,500 - £46,500
