You may be a nurse manager or a non-nurse manager, but you MUST have had experience of managing a nursing or residential home, with a history of success with the CQC.
Having turnaround experience would be beneficial.
The client also has distinguished competitive advantages in Quality, Facilities and Clinical area's; and what we need now is a highly performing Nursing Home Manager to maximise considerable opportunities, including the commissioning of new beds.
All in a sophisticated, ethically grounded and care focused operation, that is at the forefront when it comes to its use of technology.
Required qualities and experience:
A track record including tenure as a Home Manager
Leadership qualifications (RMA or equivalent) desired
A good understanding of the new single standard framework Your dedication will be rewarded with a very attractive salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
