Registered Night Nurse

Registered Night Nurse – 20 hours p/w – £20 p/h – Wembley

A purpose-built care home in the Wembley area is seeking an enthusiastic RGN or RMN to join their friendly and experienced team of Nursing staff.

This is a permanent role in a reputable home, which supports those living with dementia and other conditions requiring skilled nursing care.

Role Responsibilities:

* Following nursing procedures and protocols

* Assisting in training and assessing nursing team members

* Maintaining accurate records and update Care Plans

* Communicating effectively with residents' families and visitors

* Implementing infection control measures.

* Administering medications safely and as per policy.

* Participating in admissions and discharges

Qualifications:

* Registered Adult Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration

Skills Required:

* Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Commitment to resident well-being and safety

* Up-to-date knowledge of nursing procedures and policies
