IT Support Engineer

Nelson Permanent Placements are proud to be representing an established IT Company based within the Telford area. Due to growth within the company our client is looking for an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Technician.

The IT Manager is looking for his right hand man to support with the ongoing growth of the company. Our clients offers a family feel and positive working environment.

The ideal candidate will have experiences/knowledge in:

* Windows Server

* Windows Laptops / PC's

* Microsoft 365

* Sharepoint

* Azure Active Directory User Admin

* Intune

* Anti-Virus

* Backups (Acronis)

* Ubiquiti Wifi

* Anti-Virus (Bitdefender)

* Firewalls (Watchguard)

* VLANS

* Switches & POE

* TCP/IP

* RMM Experience

* On-boarding

* Support Tickets Experience

Responsibilities:

* Assisting other members of the team with project work or general IT support

* Supporting and resolving IT issues from staff members

* Building laptops and other hardware set ups

* Implementation of Intune remote management

* Resolve hardware and software issues promptly

* Implement IT projects and initiatives

* Ensure the security of data and network access

Requirements:

* Full Car Driving License

* Team Player

* Flexible

* Self-Starter / Autonomous

* Good problem solving skills

* Customer focussed
