Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial transactions including client billing, processing payments, and managing petty cash
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports
Compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules
Assist with budget preparation and audits
Perform bank reconciliations and handle client funds appropriately
Provide general administrative support such as document management, data entry, and file organisation
