CARE STAFF TRAINER
We are looking for an experienced Care Staff Trainer to support the management team in the day-to-day operations of a high-quality domiciliary care service in the Walsall area who provide dementia care, companionship, EOL care, 24/7 emergency care, domestic/personal care and live in care.
3 DAYS PER WEEK PART TIME (c24 hours per week)
* Salary will be dependent on experience c£22-28k pro rata
* Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people by training new and exisitng care staff
The Role:
* Work closely with the Care Manager and recruitment team to ensure that staff are fully trained on moving/handling, medication, first aid.
* Ensuring staff conduct their training modules online for the mandatory modules
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have:
* Experience of training staff in the care sector
* Ideally train the trainer qualified
* Delivering practical and theory training in-house, using hoists for moving & handling training, as well as first aid practice and medication training
The Package:
* Very competitive salary of £22,000 - £28000 yearly
* Ideally 3 days per week (days can be chosen to suit)
* Standard office hours
