Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE

Orion is partnered with a well-established business located in Dunstable which is recruiting for an experience Project Manager. The company specialises in architectural fabrication and large-scale commercial projects so the ideal candidate will have a background in metal works and have a strong understanding of commercial Project Management..

Project Manager Experience:

The successful applicant will require a strong background in metal works and architectural fabrication.
Must have experience working with large-scale commercial projects.
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once from cradle to grave.
Customer liaison '' Experience being that key point of contact to a customer throughout a project's journey.
Experience being self-sufficient and managing commercial projects successfully to completion
Stakeholder management
Contractor management
Project Management Documentation Project Manager responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects at any one time. Cradle-to-grave management.
Work closely with the production & fabrication team to ensure that all projects are running to time and make amendments as and when needed.
Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises and escalating appropriately as needed.
Maintain timelines and target dates in the Project Management Database.
Organise and facilitate project planning, daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives and client meets.
Ensure the business is practicing the core principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility.
Stakeholder management - Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder's needs and requirements continuously in view.
Contractor management '' liaise with contractors to ensure that the projects are running smoothly and on timeProject Manager Competencies

CSCS Card
SMSTS 

Project Manager Shifts '' Hybrid role once the initial 3x month settling in period has completed.

Monday '' Friday '' Two days office based(Dunstable) the rest on site or working from home.
