Our client in Harrogate is looking to recruit a Senior Service Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the Service Account Managers and Administrators. This is an exciting new opportunity for a candidate who wants a new challenge and is used to managing and driving a business forward. This will involve a positive approach in daily meetings and delivering actions that need to be undertaken by the team. You will be working closely with other departments to achieve operational and strategic objectives and targets of the company. You will have demonstrated that you have management or supervisory experience in previous roles.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the largest service accounts, directly by themselves and overseeing the ones looked after by their account managers within their team. Building strong relationships with clients.

• Managing diaries to ensure scheduling is set to meet customers’ needs

• Ensure service level agreements are adhered to along with department KPI’s

• Quote generation within agreed timescales

• Follow up on quotations

• Ensure more complex problems are raised to the Technical Service manager or Service Operations Manager as appropriate

• Deliver, manage and monitor the training and development of account managers and administrators within the individuals team

• Invoicing is completed accurately and within KPI timescales

• Manage the Service Inbox to ensure work is distributed fairly and appropriately across the team

The working week is Monday – Friday, 9am- 5pm
