My client is a major contractor specialising in Surfacing. They are looking for a Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on in the Leeds area.
This role will a mixture of working from home, site and office and will be taking responsibility for the timeline of projects . Liaising with the main/sub contractors, ensuring all information is updated and clearly organised these are a few of the things the successful Civils Senior Quantity Surveyor. Your will also be looking after a small team of Quantity Surveyors looking after projects around the area. The successful candidate will be a leader, strong on team management, all project planning and paperwork along with working closely with their team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
The Civils Senior Quantity Surveyor role will include:
Working from sites/offices and home around the Leeds area.
Project timeline management, planning, working with the on site team, client and subcontractors
Strong Health and Safety, quality and CDM regulations
Submitting progress reports for ongoing projects and team activities
The ideal Civils Senior Quantity Surveyor candidate will have:
Extensive experience of working on surfacing and civils projects
Leadership qualities and strong project timeline management and planning
A positive attitude towards work
