Position – IT Support Engineer
Location – Sheffield

Key Responsibilities –

• Provide technical support to internal users, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
• Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
• Working closely with the IT Manager across Service Desk and Project Support

Skills Required –

• Previous experience within an IT Support setting
• Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365
• Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
