Logistiek Coördinator

In this job you will be responsible for processing and controlling the customer demands and signalling possible difficulties as well as organising the solutions for these challenges. You will make orders ready to send in consultation with our 3PL. You will be the point of contact for our customers and sales regarding questions about transport, documentation and orders.

Description

• Submit orders to our 3PL for delivery of our products throughout EMEA
• Pro-actively optimise the supply chain from order to delivery
• Signalling discrepancies in our order process and take action to solve these
• Linking pin between customer, sales, warehouse and factory.
• Responsible for the administrative process for outbound shipment orders
• Set up KPI performance
