We are looking for individuals who either want to move into their first sales role or who have some experience and are looking for a bigger opportunity to earn. This role involves speaking with small businesses and booking demonstration appointments. As long as the appointment is attended, commission is payable - this is why the earning potential is so high!
Opportunity to earn commission from month 1 and achieve a pay increase after 3 months! From there, targets are set to further increase your basic and progress into a Business Development Manager role. This team isn't slowing down, they are backed by an investment business and have ambitious growth plans for 2024!

Full training provided, each new Sales Executive will go through a structured training programme. Once this is complete, you will have regular coaching sessions to further improve your skill set and commission!
Benefits include:
Salary increase to £25k after 3 months and £27k after 6 months if targets are met
£1000 bonus for passing 3 month probation period
Commission from month 1 - opportunity to earn £1500-£2000 per month after 3 months

Call a mixture of warm and self sourced leads
Fact find and understand more about the customers requirements
Pitch a meeting for the BDM to deliver a product demonstration
Confirm appointment details and update the database We are looking for:
Sales experience preferred but not essential - full training provided
Someone who is driven, ambitious and self motivated
A great relationship builder who can speak to a wide range of decision makers
