SCRUM Master & Agile Coach (all gender) We are looking for a SCRUM Master/Agile Coach (all gender) to support our SCRUM Teams that architect, develop and support complex projects and applications for our seed business. In the domain of laboratory software as well as management of our trial fields and breeding stations we have several SCRUM teams that develop a wide range of highly specialized applications to support our colleagues in their daily operational work. If you have hands-on experience with SCRUM Teams and like to help improve team-to-team as well as stakeholder collaboration, we are offering an exciting fulltime and unlimited job opportunity. The job is based at our KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA Headquarter in Einbeck, Germany and offers remote work options within Germany. SCRUM Master/Agile Coach responsibilities: The job involves managing conflicts, delegating tasks, collecting feedback, and supporting the development team and product owners. Team-building and communication skills: The job demands promoting team harmony, team spirit, and effective communication with various personality types and stakeholders as well as the ability to bridge across competency/cross functional teams Organization and prioritization skills: The job entails organizing and prioritizing important tasks, supporting the product owners with backlog management and alignment, and performing status reporting and documentation. Agile mindset and ambassadorship: The job expects challenging the status quo and coaching the teams to higher agile maturity levels. IT project understanding and flexibility: The job requires understanding the IT projects and the working methods of the development teams and being able to switch between different project contexts.
