They are looking for a HEARING INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST or AUDIOLOGIST to join their team in Minnetonka, MN.
An ideal candidate for this role is confident, highly organized, and adept at devising specialized patient treatment plans while assuming full accountability for the entire patient journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conducting patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
* Fitting and dispensing hearing aids and recommending proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
* Providing exceptional patient experience through active listening, educational, and emotional counseling.
* Entering all Data in OMS (Office Management System).
* Maintaining clinic and workspace in an orderly fashion.
* Maintaining professional credentials and CEU requirements and staying informed and knowledgeable about the Hearing Healthcare news and updates.
REQUIREMENTS
* Masters degree or equivalent in audiology OR Valid dispensing license
* 2+ years of experience in a private practice setting is preferred.
* Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and collaborate with others.
* Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills
* Outstanding problem-solving abilities
