Job Description:
The Business Analyst's primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a work stream, project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Regularly provide comprehensive reports and metrics to showcase performance and advancement aligned with project manager's and senior lead's objectives. Incorporating management of variation and change, risk assessment, assumptions, issues tracking, and dependencies. (RAID)
Responsibilities:
* Proficiency in Organisational Change Management.
* Expertise in supplier management and comprehensive market knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
* Capability to conduct thorough change impact analyses.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* A commitment to accuracy with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Skill in identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
