The Travel Box International, an award winning travel provider specializing in once-in-a-lifetime experiences for the discerning traveler is in search of our next executive. We are looking for a unique self driven, detail oriented individual to join our global team. This position is best described as a hybrid between an executive assistant and office manager.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality with a strong desire to succeed and grow. The individual must have good general knowledge of world geography and international travel. We are looking for a candidate that can handle contrasting tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall development of the business. The position requires a self disciplined individual who will assist in daily office tasks and trip planning procedures. Customer service at the highest level is expected when servicing our clients. Strong communication skills are a must (verbal and written).
Other responsibilities include developing digital marketing campaigns, writing news letters to update our networks, co-managing our social media channels, creating digital trip itineraries, set up new vendors, assist advisors with trip management, check hotels availability, airfares, in-bound calls and so on. This role is not limited to one set of responsibilities, as a fast growing company the needs of the position will evolve.
The hybrid position will report to work at different locations. For the first month training will be held in Lakeland
after that period the position will hybrid between remote and in-office (Lakeland mostly, Orlando sometimes). Additionally some travel out of state will be required to assist with trade or consumer facing events.
Answer in bound calls and assign to appropriate party.
Return calls and emails in a timely manner.
Follow up with client inquiries, manage online reviews and monitor company website.
Familiarity with working with CRM software (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar).
Familiarity with working on CMS software (Wordpress, Wix or similar).
Co-manage company social media outlets.
Support company Director with managing daily operations.
Create digital campaigns and assist with administering sales presentations.
Assist at events exhibiting the company to potential clients.
Represent The Travel Box International at a five star level.
Hybrid Position (50% In-person 50% Remote).

Some flexibility in scheduling.
Starts at $20/hr or higher based on experience.
