Uncapped Earning Potential
o Full Time RN Ranges from $70,000 to $90,000
o Offers Pay per visit and Per Cases Manages Model

Qualifications and Requirements
Current PA Nursing License (RN)
Demonstrated experience in home healthcare or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
