Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Stardom Employment Consultants LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and management
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Collaborate with management to develop and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture
- Handle any other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in recruiting and employee relations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
