Junior Consultant (Recruitment)

Apprenticeship Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to build a career in the Recruitment Industry? Tristram Parker Recruitment is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team!

In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and existing team, receiving hands-on training to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. Your responsibilities will include calling clients and candidates, building projects on LinkedIn, and searching for CVs on job boards and CRM systems. You will provide high-level customer service to secure the best talent for their teams and work to increase performance on accounts.

This position offers an attractive basic salary plus commission for each successful placement, annual leave starting at 25 days, flexible working, and early Friday finishes. You will also have the opportunity to work with top-performing recruiters who will provide direct training, excellent commission and bonuses, reward breakfasts, dinners, and weekly sales incentives, and annual trips for top performers.

Responsibilities

* Calling clients and candidates where necessary

* Build projects on Linked IN and search for CVs on Job boards and CRM

* Present candidates to the Senior Team for live vacancies

* Pass leads to the Senior Team

* Providing high level customer service whilst securing the best talent for their teams

* Working on a range of perm roles

* Working to increase performance on account and increase opportunities and connections within the business to help grow the account over time.

* Working on roles within the entire UK

* Administrative duties

The right candidate

* Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years recruitment experience (Preferable but not essential)

* Have experience within customer service/telephone sales

* Experience using Microsoft/Excel/CRM systems

* Understanding of Recruitment Cycle and the process
