Job Description
This vital role will help coordinate and guide the Engineering Team into successful daily operations. This motivated individual will remain detailed oriented to ensure the team is given the necessary tools and information to accomplish tasks.
Inventory and control process, all engineering areas are to be inventoried and maintained, pars to be set and kept 
Ordering, researching parts and best prices along with delivery times. 
Work with vendors to get contracted pricing 
Manage the checkbook with expenses for the engineering and security department
Manage the PM process and documentation
Mange the schedule for the engineering department
Maintain the O&M's to be current and complete for all equipment on file
Keep record of current business licenses and insurance certifications for our contractors 
Must have good People Skills and be proficient with Google Suite
No Engineering experience required, but is preferred (a back ground in parts or knowledge of, would be a plus)
Maintain complete knowledge of resort fire system, well water system, septic system, and irrigation system
Track and coordinate team member housing work orders
