As the Senior Electrical Engineer (Department Head), you'll serve as a pivotal leader within the department
Overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of staff and providing mentorship in technical expertise and professional development.
Managing projects of various sizes and types, from conceptualization to construction completion, leveraging our in-house collaboration with multiple disciplines.
Spearhead projects,
Engaging with clients,
Ensuring technical excellence
Orchestrating the project team and schedule to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
Degree in area of expertise
PE
10+ years of experience in A/E environment
Demonstrated success in managing projects
Engineering expertise in field and knowledge of parallel fields
