Job Description
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare experiences by supporting the implementation of our SaaS platform for small to mid-size healthcare based clients. This role requires a process oriented executor, with strong relationship and troubleshooting skills, an understanding of healthcare processes & technology.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and client success, to achieve successful implementations and ensure client needs are met.
Serve as a supporting point of contact for Implementation Consultants and blockit’s clients during the implementation phase, fostering strong relationships and addressing issues and concerns in real time.
Provide regular status updates to Implementation Consultants focused on client satisfaction and project progression.
Support training programs for the Implementation team and clients, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing blockit’s platform.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, utilizing blockit’s implementation guides and best practices.
Proactively address and resolve implementation challenges, working closely with internal teams and clients to identify effective solutions.
Be forward thinking, anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively implement preventive measures.
Become a subject matter expert, comfortable recommending solutions to clients and guiding them toward the best fit for their business needs within the existing functionality of the product.
Provide support during the transition from implementation to ongoing support, ensuring a smooth handover to internal and external teams.
