For our Customer Services Team , based in Maastricht , we are looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team as:
Customer Services Employee!
Duties and responsibilities include:
Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
First contact to customers.
Inform customers about status of orders.
Handle warranty, return and credit requests
Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
Proactive order follow up
Knowledge required
Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
Fluent Italian language skills are required (writing and verbal)
English language on a good level and any additional language would be a plus like Spanish, Portuguese or French
Computer literate (advance knowledge of MS-Office).
SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
