About you:
TAs should demonstrate outstanding proficiency and competence as a Teaching Assistant. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
Providing personalised support to pupils facing learning challenges to enhance their grasp of the curriculum.
Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials, including equipment setup and resource organisation.
Cultivating positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect.
