Portfolio Analyst (Project Manager)

Contract - 6 months to 3 Years

We’re growing our team of smart, hungry, and upbeat doers who crave the chance to build something new at the epicenter of content, tech, and culture. We need a Portfolio Analyst or manager to help deliver the roadmap delivery for our portfolio.

Portfolio Oversight: Support the Portfolio Lead in monitoring and reporting partner-requested and globally syndicated features delivered.
Roadmap Support: Assist in data collection for roadmap preparation, including understanding features, dependencies, and rollout dates.
Stakeholder Alignment: Prepare weekly portfolio reports, ensuring alignment with impacted stakeholders.
Process Improvement: Document existing portfolio management processes and propose initiatives to enhance portfolio ways of working.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure their needs and desired outcomes are considered throughout the process.
Release Notifications: Compile feature delivery notifications to inform partners of upcoming releases.
Tooling Enhancement: Complete proof of concepts for desired tooling improvements and increased automation to support portfolio functions.
Governance Support: Support portfolio and delivery governance, tracking key outcomes and actions.Basic Qualifications:

Project Management Experience: 4+ years of project management experience in a technology, engineering, or media company supporting multi-workstream programs.
Self-Starting Capability: Strong self-starter with the ability to quickly come up to speed and contribute in diverse technical areas without significant oversight.
Effective Communication: Ability to effectively present ideas and key insights in communications with senior and executive leadership teams.
Coordination Skills: Excellent communication skills with proven ability to coordinate between team members from multiple internal departments and external vendors.
Media Technology Understanding: Good working understanding of media technology systems, capable of meaningful discussions with technology experts.
Agile Delivery: Track record of delivery using internal software development teams in an agile environment.
Advocacy of Automation: Strong advocate of tooling automation to improve workflow efficiencies.
Program Management Knowledge: Broad knowledge of program and project management methodologies and techniques.
Global Media Insight: Good understanding of the global media landscape and technology's influence.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, background in technology or engineering a significant plus; relevant project or program management qualification.Desired Qualifications:

OTT Experience: Experience in OTT application delivery, targeted advertising, or data & analytics is a considerable plus.
Tool Proficiency: Experience using tools such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Roadmunk, (url removed), SharePoint.
Digital/OTT Experience: Experience in digital/OTT sector including international expansion, product launches, and go-to-market launch planning.
Technology Change Delivery: Demonstrable experience delivering technology change within the digital/OTT sector, including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, and PVOD.
