Finance Administrator - About this role
Our client is a fast growing specialist construction company based near the M5 motorway Weston-Super-Mare junction. The company offers an excellent, enjoyable, friendly and team driven environment with progression. We are searching for an experienced, hard-working and friendly Administrator to join an established and enjoyable finance team.

Finance Administrator - Purpose/Background:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client based in the office on the outskirts of Weston. The role is being introduced to provide dedicated administrative support to the finance team along with offering general assistance within wider office.

Finance Administrator Key responsibilities

You will typically be getting involved in a wide range of tasks and will need experience in the majority of:

* Purchase Orders

* Supporting Project Managers

* Ordering Kit

* Onboarding Clients

* Credit Checks

* Working with suppliers & customers

* Managing Datel Vehicles & Fuel Cards

* Expenses / Hotel Booking / Overtime

* Office Supplies / Stationary

* HR duties – Holiday / sickness/ Annual Leave

* Supporting Finance Team

* Health & Safety Support

Finance Administrator - knowledge/Experience

The ideal candidate will have;

* Worked in a busy office environment

* Confident on the phone and face to face

* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

* Excellent Interpersonal skill

* Computer literate – with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems in a timely manner

* Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines effectively and prioritise workload

* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting data

* Able to work in a team and alone using own initiative

* A positive and friendly manner
