Office Coordinator

£11.54 to £12.02ph d.o.e NN17 1QE, M-F 8.30am till 5pm, Immediate Start, Temp to Perm

Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a busy multi service business has an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join them.

Manning main reception, meeting and greeting all site visitors, answering incoming calls and info@ emails
Receiving deliveries and logging them onto internal system, coordinating collections for the general public and business customers, directly with customers or arrange courier collections
Processing orders onto the system, informing customer on ETA's, arranging courier collect
Managing companies social media presences, on Linked-In, Instagram and X, to maximise revenue stream
Supporting with marketing ideas from concept to delivery
Assistingwith internal order manufacturing (some physical lifting required)We would expect the successful Office Coordinator to be able to demonstrate good customer service and sales skills, be an excellent communicator with a friendly confident manner, along with strong administration skills, and experience with social media marketing. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you have worked within Sales Administration, Office Administration or a Customer Service Administration role. Due to the nature of the environment some physical lifting will be required.

You will be joining a small organisation, who have been established for over 20 years, and has an enviable reputation in the specialised field. Working directly with the company owner, and sales manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
